. We booked a cabin to go play in the snow. The owners recommended we get chains just in case because the road was not plowed at night and we were coming in the evening. Due to awful weather we didn't get there until 10:30pm (we left Vegas at 2pm) the owners helped us find the place when we got there, and were very friendly. Cabin was great! Clean, extra blankets and pillows, we used the stove and microwave everything was in good working order and clean. The kids were able to go right outside and play in the snow! We will definitely be coming back!
Booked online for 4 nights. 2 adults and 2 kids. We showed up later in the evening, but the owners left their dinner to make sure we were properly checked in. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Beds were very comfortable. Duck Creek Village has what you need for your adventures. Aunt Sue's homemade pies are great. It's just over an hour to either Bryce Canyon or Zion National Park. This is the perfect place to stay if you're going to go to both places. When we come back to Southwest Utah, we'll stay in Duck Creek Village at the Falcon's Nest.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was ATV central, which is great if you like that stuff, but really noisy, dusty and unattractive if you are not. While we were expecting rustic, the floor in our cabin was very dirty., Like it had not been washed in weeks. The cabin was well stocked with kitchen gear.
Loved our little cabin at Falcon's Nest. It was cozy and had everything there to make our stay convenient and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!
Great choice. Rustic, but accommodating. Full stove, full sized fridge, dishes and utensils. Clean and comfortable. The matresses were excellent. We stayed in cabin #2. The only downside was we were right next to the owner's cabin and they had a compressor which came on a couple of times and was loud and woke me up when it did. Also, the highway is right there and the occasional car in the middle of the night was a factor while sleeping as well. The owners were very nice and even brought us a bag of ice when we asked if there was a machine, which there was not. We would definitely stay there again.
Duck Creek Village is really focused on ATV's. But other scenery in the area is beautiful and ATV free. Cedar breaks and the Cascade Falls trail I highly recommend.
