I had a great experience. We qualified for a discount and was told it would be backed out after the rental was returned. Few weeks later, I noticed the discount was not applied. So I sent an email over and within a day the discount was backed out back onto my card. Friendly service and very professional.
We had a great Labor day weekend in Duck Creek. We rented a small ATV one day and two seater side by side another day. Mike is so friendly and enthusiastic about his job! The rentals are in great condition. Mike even rescued us when we ran out of gas and didn't charge us for filling the tank with his gas can. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. We will definitely be renting from him again! I highly recommend Duck Creek Rentals.
We rented a 6 seater for our family reunion. They were great letting us come in a day early to have everyone who would be driving sign papers and give drivers license, that way only one person had to get up early to go get it! The Grizzley Bear was a great machine and we all enjoyed driving it all over the valley! It was well kept up and he even let us bring it in 1/2 hour late! We highly recommend them! We will be back!
Had a great time roaming around the trails and hiking. Had a small issue with a machine, but they made it right and we continued our day. Looking forward to going back!
