Most of the campgrounds in the area were closed but thankfully this one was open. It is right off the lake and nicely situated to access the late or hiking. the construction vehicles in the area were distracting but I suspect once the work is completed it will quiet down nicely. We were pretty much the only ones here and it was stellar. Really like how the firepits are set up as it makes it very safe and simple to have a campfire and enjoy it without the worry.
Great place for entire family. Cold at night-bring lots of warm clothes- weather changes quickly. Facilities & water were not working probably due to street repair. Spectacular view, fresh air, quiet place, camp right next to lake, no wifi, no phone reception, bring lots of groceries (grocery store has very limited choices). Only 3.5 hrs from Las Vegas... easy drive. To recommend for kids, dogs, elderlies. So many recreations.

Love camping @ Navajoe Lake downfall was we had to leave early due to end of season camping I wish they would've stayed open a few more days since it hasn't snowed at all yet.
